Uslovi korišćenja

1. Ko pruža uslugu

Chameleon alate na adresi apps.chameleon.rs („usluga”) pruža Ivan Kršev, fizičko lice iz Rume, Srbija („mi”). Kontakt: support@chameleon.rs.

Naziv Chameleon i domen chameleon.rs koriste se uz saglasnost firme Chameleon doo, čiji je vlasnik Ivan Kršev. Uslugu pruža Ivan Kršev lično, a ne Chameleon doo.

Korišćenjem usluge prihvatate ove uslove. Ako se ne slažete sa njima, nemojte koristiti uslugu.

2. Nalog

  • Za većinu alata potreban je nalog sa važećom email adresom. Odgovorni ste za čuvanje lozinke i za sve što se radi preko vašeg naloga.
  • Nalog je lični. Može se koristiti na najviše 3 uređaja; deljenje naloga sa drugim osobama nije dozvoljeno.
  • Možete zatražiti brisanje naloga u bilo kom trenutku, na adresu iz tačke 1.

3. Pretplata i plaćanje

  • Neki alati su besplatni (uz nalog ili bez njega). Ostali zahtevaju plaćenu pretplatu. Aktuelna cena je na stranici Cena.
  • Plaćanje obrađuje Creem, koji je prodavac u pravnom smislu (merchant of record) za sve kupovine. Creem izdaje račun, obračunava porez (PDV) prema zemlji kupca i obrađuje kartice; na kupovinu se primenjuju i uslovi Creem-a za kupce. Mi ne vidimo i ne čuvamo podatke o vašoj kartici.
  • Pretplata traje godinu dana i obnavlja se automatski, po tada važećoj ceni, dok je ne otkažete.
  • O promeni cene obaveštavamo vas emailom najmanje 30 dana pre sledeće obnove. Nova cena se ne primenjuje na već plaćeni period.

4. Otkazivanje i povraćaj novca

Pretplatu otkazujete na portalu, dugme „Pretplata”. Posle otkazivanja pretplata se više ne obnavlja, a pristup traje do kraja plaćenog perioda. Povraćaj novca je opisan u pravilima povraćaja.

5. Dozvoljena upotreba

Uslugu smete da koristite za svoj posao i projekte. Nije dozvoljeno:

  • deljenje naloga ili preprodaja pristupa;
  • kopiranje, dekompajliranje ili pokušaj izvlačenja izvornog koda alata;
  • zaobilaženje provere pretplate, ograničenja broja uređaja ili drugih zaštita;
  • automatsko masovno slanje zahteva ili ometanje rada usluge.

Ako prekršite ove uslove, možemo suspendovati ili ugasiti nalog. Za plaćeni period tada nema povraćaja novca.

6. Rezultati proračuna

Alati su pomoćna sredstva za planiranje. Proračuni nosivosti, opterećenja, raspodele težine i slični rezultati su procene zasnovane na podacima koje unosite i na opštim tabelama proizvođača. Oni ne zamenjuju proveru od strane stručnog lica, uputstva proizvođača opreme niti važeće propise.

Pre podizanja tereta, montaže bine, trusa ili LED ekrana uvek proverite podatke kod proizvođača i, gde je potrebno, kod ovlašćenog inženjera. Vi ste odgovorni za bezbednost svoje postavke.

7. Dostupnost i izmene usluge

Trudimo se da usluga radi stalno, ali ne garantujemo rad bez prekida i grešaka. Alate možemo menjati, unapređivati, dodavati ili, ako je neophodno, ukinuti. Ako ukinemo plaćeni alat koji je bio glavni razlog vaše kupovine, možete tražiti srazmeran povraćaj za neiskorišćeni period.

8. Intelektualna svojina

Alati, njihov kod, izgled i sadržaj pripadaju nama. Pretplata vam daje ličnu, neprenosivu dozvolu za korišćenje dok pretplata traje. Fajlovi i projekti koje napravite pomoću alata pripadaju vama.

9. Ograničenje odgovornosti

U meri u kojoj zakon dozvoljava, ne odgovaramo za indirektnu štetu, izgubljenu dobit, izgubljene podatke niti štetu nastalu zbog oslanjanja na rezultate proračuna bez provere iz tačke 6. Naša ukupna odgovornost ograničena je na iznos koji ste nam platili u poslednjih 12 meseci. Ovo ne ograničava prava koja imate kao potrošač prema obaveznim propisima.

10. Izmene uslova

Ove uslove možemo menjati. O bitnim izmenama obaveštavamo emailom ili na portalu najmanje 14 dana unapred. Ako nastavite da koristite uslugu posle toga, prihvatate nove uslove.

11. Merodavno pravo

Na ove uslove primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije. Za sporove je nadležan stvarno nadležni sud u Rumi, osim ako obavezni propisi o zaštiti potrošača ne daju pravo da se spor vodi pred sudom prema vašem prebivalištu.

Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026.

1. Who provides the service

The Chameleon tools at apps.chameleon.rs (the “service”) are provided by Ivan Kršev, an individual based in Ruma, Serbia (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@chameleon.rs.

The Chameleon name and the chameleon.rs domain are used with the permission of Chameleon doo, a company owned by Ivan Kršev. The service is provided by Ivan Kršev personally, not by Chameleon doo.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

  • Most tools require an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal and may be used on up to 3 devices. Sharing an account with other people is not allowed.
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time using the address in section 1.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Some tools are free (with or without an account). The others require a paid subscription. The current price is shown on the Pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record for all purchases. Creem issues the invoice, charges VAT/sales tax based on your country and processes your card; the Creem buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
  • The subscription lasts one year and renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • We will email you about a price change at least 30 days before your next renewal. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel in the portal using the “Subscription” button. After cancelling, the subscription will not renew and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own work and projects. You may not:

  • share your account or resell access;
  • copy, decompile or try to extract the source code of the tools;
  • bypass the subscription check, the device limit or other protections;
  • send automated bulk requests or disrupt the service.

If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account, without a refund for the paid period.

6. Calculation results

The tools are planning aids. Load capacity, weight distribution and similar results are estimates based on the data you enter and on general manufacturer tables. They do not replace review by a qualified person, the equipment manufacturer's instructions or applicable regulations.

Before lifting loads or building a stage, truss or LED screen, always verify the data with the manufacturer and, where required, a certified engineer. You are responsible for the safety of your setup.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, improve, add or, if necessary, discontinue tools. If we discontinue a paid tool that was the main reason for your purchase, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

8. Intellectual property

The tools, their code, design and content belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while it is active. Files and projects you create with the tools belong to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or damage caused by relying on calculation results without the checks described in section 6. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the portal at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Ruma, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
